UK delivery: Free on all orders. Next Day available on eligible items; order by 11am Monday to Saturday for next working day. Orders placed after 11am Saturday or any time Sunday dispatch Monday.
 

Peak season: From November to December, allow an extra 1–2 days on all services.
 

International: We offer 3-8 days shipping options for selected EU countries at checkout - email sales@gorillarobes.com for more info
 

Tracking: All orders can be tracked via your confirmation email

Easy returns: We have extended our return period to 70 days from the 1st of Nov so you can order for Christmas with ease

Refunds: Refunds are processed once the robe is back with us and been inspected - it will take 3-5 working days for it to get to your account

 

Exchanges: Stress-free swaps via the portal.

 

Damaged or wrong item: Please inspect on delivery and contact us right away.

Yes. The outer shell is 100% waterproof and windproof, made from recycled materials. The sherpa fleece lining keeps you warm and dries you fast.

Can I get changed under it?

Yes. A two-way front zip, wide side zips, and adjustable cuffs make quick changes easy.

Is it eco friendly?

Yes. Made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester.

When will I receive my order?

Eligible items offer Next Day delivery if you order by 11am Monday to Saturday. Orders after 11am Saturday or any time Sunday dispatch Monday. From October to December allow an extra 1–2 days. All orders are tracked — use “Track Your Order” in the menu.

Are returns and exchanges free?

Yes for UK orders via our Returns Portal with a prepaid tracked EVRi label (international returns excluded). Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We don’t cancel orders once placed. We can’t change the shipping address. If your order hasn’t dispatched, we may be able to adjust size or colour — email sales@gorillarobes.com ASAP.
