FREE RETURNS PORTAL
We have a new returns portal where you can choose to send your item back for a swap or a store credit.
We automatically accept all returns and pay for the return shipping. All you need is your order number as well as your mobile number or email address, its so easy!
FREE EVRI TRACKED RETURNS
We use EVRI (formally Hermes) because they are generally really convenient locations. You can find an EVRI drop off location using the following link

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Store Credit
You account will automatically be credited, with the store credit staying valid for 12 months once credited.
Returns
When returning a product, we would really appreciate if you could include your name and any other important information in the package you send back.
