We have a new returns portal where you can choose to send your item back for a swap, or a Refund 

All you need is your order number as well as your mobile number or email address, its so easy!

FREE EVRI TRACKED RETURNS

We use EVRI (formally Hermes) because they are generally really convenient locations. You can find an EVRI drop off location using the following link

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

We offer a years warranty on all of our products so if something does break simply send it back to us and we will fix it or send a replacement.

Refunds:

We offer free return labels for refunds. Once the item has been returned to us it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original packaging and in a resalable state. The warehouse team will then process the refund which will take 3-5 days to reach your account.

Store Credit

You account will automatically be credited, with the store credit staying valid for 12 months once credited.

Returns

When returning a product, we would really appreciate if you could include your name and any other important information in the package you send back.

Unfortunately we can't accept returns for Robes have been customised with a logo or Name.
