A couple of issues
Our website unfortunely crashed last week and we are now having a couple of issues with some returns. If you order number isn't recognized please get in contact and we will fix the problem manually. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Choose either a store credit, exchange for a different item or a full refund (money will be back in your account within 5 days)
Free pre-paid (tracked) label
We pay the cost of returns and use a tracked shipping method so we both know where item is. You will be given the link to download your label.
