1. What makes Gorilla Robes different?

Our robes are 100% waterproof and windproof, and designed with a unique easy-change system. They keep you warm, dry, and comfortable in all weather conditions.

Our robes have a waterproof rating of 10,000mm which means that the fabric can hold back a 10-metre column of water before any moisture seeps through.

2. Are Gorilla Robes suitable for swimming and watersports?

Yes, they’re perfect for open-water swimming, surfing, paddleboarding, sailing, and more. The comfortable sherpa fleece lining makes changing easy, while the waterproof shell keeps you warm and dry.

3. Are Gorilla Robes machine washable?

Yes – all our robes can be machine washed on a gentle cycle (30°C). Avoid fabric softener and tumble drying to preserve the waterproof coating. Do not tumble dry or dry clean, instead, hang your robe to air dry naturally. This helps maintain both the waterproof outer and the cosy lining for longer.

4. What sizes are available?

Gorilla Robes are intentionally oversized to give you room to change comfortably underneath and to trap warmth. If you’re between sizes for kids, we recommend sizing up for longer wear.

We stock robes for all ages:

Adult: One size (fits XS–XL, up to 6’4”)
Kids: Ages 1–2, 3–5, 6–8, 9–12

5. How long is delivery?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. UK delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. Express and international shipping options are available at checkout. Orders are dispatched at 11am every day other than Sunday.

6. How much is delivery? Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free Standard UK delivery (2–3 working days). Orders over £90 qualify for free delivery next day delivery. We also offer express next day delivery for just £2.95.

7. What is your returns policy?

We offer free UK returns within 30 days if your robe is unused and in its original packaging. From October to December, returns are extended to 110 days for Christmas gifts.

8. Can I cancel or amend my order?

We don’t cancel orders once placed. We can’t change the shipping address. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we may be able to adjust size or colour – email sales@gorillarobes.com ASAP

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to Ireland, Spain, France Germany, Netherlands. For anywhere else please contact us. Costs vary depending on weight and destination.

10. Can I buy in bulk for my club or school?

Absolutely, we offer discounts for teams, schools, and clubs. Contact us directly for a tailored quote.

11. Do you offer customisation?

Yes, every robe comes with a 12-month guarantee for peace of mind.
