I ordered and paid for 2 gorilla robes. Everything was looking good until evri lost the parcel, dealing with gorilla customer services is a joke, can only be done via email, and the reply can take days! After evri admitted losing the parcel, gorilla robes have told me it's not gorilla robes fault it is evri, and I will only be entitled to a 50% refund, i've replied back saying i don't want a refund I just want the 2 robes, and if I am to get a refund I want 100% as I haven't received the goods I have paid for, and gorilla should have insurance with evri to cover for lost in transit items!
Over a week later I still haven't heard anything back.
If you get your item all well and good, but if there is an issue GOOD LUCK trying to get it resolved satisfactorily.
