I do really love these robes however I’m disappointed that on both the zip has broken after only a few uses
The first I just thought it was a dodgy zip but after getting another for a present and it happening again I feel disappointed in it being due to quality

Another quality purchase!
I’ve previously ordered two of these for my children to use after swimming lessons, they’ve grown out of those now after several years of weekly use, but the robes are still going strong and will be handed down to family members! We needed to upgrade to the adult sizing for our most recent purchase, and were pleased that the robes now come with a useful 1/4 zip at the neck. I can’t fault these… they pack down so small and are so absorbent, I wish we’d found them sooner!

Are returns and exchanges free?
Yes for UK orders via our Returns Portal with a prepaid tracked EVRi label (international returns excluded). Store credit is valid for 12 months.
