Great robe with lots of lovely features

A great robe, I especially like the side zips. My only small issue would be the hood could be a bit bigger to accommodate a hat.

Awlful customer support

Waiting over a week for a return label as the portal was not working. Emails saying we will send it straight away but nothing. Constantly emailing but being ignored.

Quality Feel

Purchased for a Christmas gift so not yet used. However, the Gorilla robe looks and feels so amazing that I’m confident it will become a much loved item for those cold water swims.

Great product, wore it at the weekend to watch my boy play football and I was happy to be snug and warm.
Great customer service also as I accidentally placed my order twice, after a quick email to them they cancelled the second order with no issue and was very efficient and friendly in all correspondence!
